Information to 1st Quarter AY2022-2023 Graduating Students

The start of application for diploma and transcript of records is on December 19, 2022. Processing of documents are on a “first come, first served” basis.

Diplomas are issued only once. In case of loss, a letter of request is required to obtain a duplicate copy.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) requires the transcript of records (with recent photo) of graduates who are applying to take board examinations.

Student accounts in all departments must be cleared before the issuance of any certification.

Subscription to the Cardinal & Gold (Yearbook) is compulsory.

GS Diploma clearance is exempted from ELC, Cardinal and Gold, Guidance (CGC), Career Services (ICEP), NSTP, OPD, and NAMA (if Mapua Graduate).
