NON-TEACHING POSITIONS:

IT - related positions

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

  • Programming, Data Modeling, Analyzing Systems, Risk Analysis, Technology Savvy, Technology Benchmarking, Software Development, Process Documentation, IT Security Administration, SQL Scripting
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skill
  • At least (3) three years’ experience on Software development specifically on platforms such as VB6 and VB.NET development language, web services and component development language, XML, Transact-SQL scripting, Integration .NET architecture and strong OOP skills

Specialized positions

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR

  • • Responsible for administering guidance and counseling activities and services to students, in accordance with the aim of developing their potentials, enabling them to become well-rounded individuals towards the achievement of their optimum level of personal happiness and social usefulness.
  • • MA Psychology and/or MA in Guidance and Counseling; Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) with current PRC License
  • • At least one year (1) related working experience as Guidance Counselor

ACCOUNTANT

  • • Responsible in preparation and analyses of monthly financial statements;
  • • Responsible in bank reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
  • • Responsible in preparation of monthly management report;
  • • Responsible in assisting internal and external auditors during financial audits;
  • • Responsible in submission of all other statutory requirements in a timely manner.
  • • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • • At least six months (6) of proven accounting experience

QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

  • • Responsible for the effective establishment and development, implementation and maintenance of the quality and environmental management systems of the University
  • • Ensures that processes needed for the integrated management system are established, developed, implemented and maintained.
  • • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or other related fields.
  • • With at least two (2) years relevant working experience in a company/organization with ISO or its equivalent certification
  • • With Strong background in ISO 9001/ISO14001

Office-Related positions

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

  • • Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Officer of the International Linkages for Research and Development.
  • • Bachelor degree holder preferably in Office Administration Program
  • • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Technical writing skill is an advantage
  • • With relevant working experience in ISO certified company

CURICULUM AND MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

  • • Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating English proficiency programs for students, faculty and external clients.
  • • Must be a graduate of Mass Communication or Liberal Arts
  • • Exemplary on oral and written communication skills
  • • Preferably with relevant working experience in ISO certified company
  • • At least (3) three years related working experience

LINKAGE PROJECT CONSULTANT

  • • Responsible for assisting the Office Director in the preparation of proposal for accessing international grants.
  • • Capable of drafting research proposals
  • • With Relevant MS degree
  • • Technical writing skill is an advantage
  • • Preferably with relevant working experience in ISO certified company
  • • At least (1) one year related working experience
