LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

  • • Responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory, including safekeeping and maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and supplies, in order to ensure its safe and uninterrupted use in all classes
  • • Bachelor degree holder in Chemistry, Engineering or any related Science courses
  • • Preferably a Registered Chemical Technician
  • • Adept in laboratory equipment and operation
  • • With at least six (6) months relevant working experience
  • • With relevant working experience in ISO certified company

Office-Related positions

ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT

  • • Responds to the needs and inquiries of parents/student-applicants regarding admission
  • • Provides support to on-site orientation programs, carries out marketing initiatives, in high schools
  • • Distributes relevant forms, and evaluates admission requirements of students seeking admission to the Institute
  • • Schedules and organizes entrance examination schedules
  • • Conducts in-house and on-site entrance examination
  • • Designs and administers surveys pertinent to trends in the academic industry, student profiles and educational preferences, and business expectations
  • • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • • Preferably with Driver’s license
  • • With at least six (6) months relevant working experienc

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT AND SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR

  • • Responsible for all systems management and special project aspects of the Department, including maintenance and upkeep of all pertinent records and documents.
  • • Coordinates and manages all related processes and guidelines pursuant to government and school in reference to the implementation of SOCIP, NSTP and NSRC.
  • • Creates computer programs for systems and processes.
  • • Accomplishes a comprehensive database of information on assigned organizational unit, with pre-defined access levels to guarantee the security and confidentiality of information.
  • • Conducts outreach activities.
  • • Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in engineering or Information Technology
  • • Preferably with Driver’s license
  • • With at least six (6) months relevant working experience
