ASSISTANT CHIEF LIBRARIAN

  • • Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Library services sections namely: Electronic Resources and Information Services (ERIS), Reader’s Services and Technical Services, taking into consideration the implementation of the strategic plans of the department. Likewise, in the absence of Chief Librarian, the position assumes the functions of planning and setting the strategic direction of the Library.
  • • Supports the organization’s initiative to develop the graduate programs, online courses/programs and research capability of Mapua University.
  • • Assists the Chief Librarian in the implementation of Library Initiatives, Vision and Mission of Mapua University
  • • Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science/ Information Technology.

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR

  • • Responsible for administering guidance and counseling activities and services to students, in accordance with the aim of developing their potentials, enabling them to become well-rounded individuals towards the achievement of their optimum level of personal happiness and social usefulness.

SAFETY ENGINEER

  • • Responsible for the inspection of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards.
  • • Develops, evaluates, monitors and coordinates the implementation of projects towards the recognition of environmental factors arising in the workplace which may cause impairments and diminution in health and functional capacity of the workers.
  • • Renders technical assistance in the design of engineering measures in the control and abatement of environmental hazards in their respective place of work
  • • Graduate of Engineering Program preferably Civil, Electrical or Mechanical
  • • Undergone BOSH and COSH trainings
  • • Knowledgeable in Auto Cad

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

  • • Responsible in creating exercise programs for specific event/specific athlete

LABORATORY ASSISTANT

LINKAGE ASSISTANT

  • • Responsible for assisting the Office Director in developing linkages with academic, research institutions, industries as well as government and non-government agencies to promote research, development, innovation and entrepreneurship
  • • Must be a graduate of any Science or related courses
  • • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Technical writing skill is an advantage
  • • Preferably with relevant working experience in ISO certified company

JR. BUYER

  • Responsible for canvassing and selection of suppliers, price negotiations, maintenance and updating of suppliers database and enforcement of incoming quality control systems
  • Engineering Graduate Preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledgeable in Oracle/SAP or other Purchasing System
  • At least (2) two years related working experience with background on sourcing, buying, bidding and negotiations
  • With Driver’s License
  • Willing to do fieldwork
