CERTIFICATION COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting, monitoring, and providing feedback and recommendations to ensure compliance to ISO standards of the IMS policies and procedures of the University.
  • Provides assistance in monitoring the implementation of the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) in support of the accreditation requirements of the academic programs.
  • Provides assistance to the academic and non-academic personnel in the preparation of required documentations before and in the activities being done during accreditation visits.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Management or Industrial Engineering or other related course.
  • With at least two (2) years relevant working experience in an industry with ISO or its equivalent certification.

MODELER FOR BIM PROJECT

Job Summary

The modeler must have past experience regarding a level 500 or 5D level of development for BIM projects. This role represents a skilled BIM software modeling experience having a solid understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • • Revit modeling for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and sanitary disciplines.
  • • Work under direction of design professionals
  • • Ensure construction documents’ accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling.
  • • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design-changes and model challenges.
  • • Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria.
  • • Follow Revit content standards and development procedures.
  • • May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific Revit modeling content for project.
  • • Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
  • • Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination meetings.
  • • Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
  • • High level of communication and good writing skills.

This role provides a healthy medium for non-graduate professionals who are very skilled with understanding the technical aspects of Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines and/or junior graduate professionals who are gaining experience.


LIBRARIAN

    Responsibilities

  • • Responsible in the operation of all activities in the different units of the library
  • • Orients and briefs all students and other patrons regarding all applicable library policies, including but not limited to the use of facilities, equipment, resources, and services.
  • • Checks patron registration every quarter, circulation of material/s, book reserves/requests, and processing of overdue notices and bills.
  • • Administers periodic users’ satisfaction survey within the Section and submits analysis of the same to the chief Librarian.
  • • Reviews, reconciles, and submits statistical reports on the utilization of the different library facilities, resources, and services.
  • • Checks and maintains the collection, organization of all materials assigned in the Section.

    Qualifications:

  • • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Library Information Science
  • • With PRC License

EMPLOYEE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

    Responsibilities

  • • Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support in all activities pertaining to training needs assessment, training program design and implementation, and acquired learning progress monitoring.
  • • Provides administrative and logistical support in developing technical and behavioral training modules
  • • Delivers logistical and administrative support prior to, during, and after conduct of training needs analyses
  • • Facilitates, co-facilitates technical and behavioral trainings or provides assistance in the program conduct.
  • • Conducts evaluation (for the facilitator, program content, logistics, venue, and the like) after every training session, thus, employs the results in effecting further improvements in all internal training activities.

    Qualifications:

  • • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related Behavioral Science or Human Resources Course
  • • With at least one (1) year relevant working experience

FUND ACCOUNTANT

    Responsibilities

  • • Responsible for handling records of funds utilization;
  • • Responsible for the preparation and analyses of monthly financial statements; analyses and reconciliation of General ledger accounts, and preparation of all the regulatory requirements related to all the research projects funded by the government;
  • • Handles supply logistics and inventories;
  • • Handles security details of all field work activities.

    Qualifications:

  • • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in BS Accountancy or any related course;
  • • Willing to do fieldwork
  • • At least six (6) months relevant working experience

SCIENTIFIC FORA & PROGRAM DEVELOPER

    Responsibilities

  • • Organizes strategic short scientific programs to bring researchers together from different disciplines to share ideas, create partnerships, collaborative works such as capacity building, collaborative or joint research projects, paper publications, and among other activities beneficial to both parties;
  • • Drafts/Proposes scientific fora (small and large population).
  • • Prepares forum brochures, flyers, call for papers, and among other activities necessary for the successful implementation of the activity;

    Qualifications:

  • • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree Technical Science Program related to fora/events development, preferably with MS degree;
  • • At least one (1) year relevant work experience with international exposure.
