IT - related positions


  • Programming, Data Modeling, Analyzing Systems, Risk Analysis, Technology Savvy, Technology Benchmarking, Software Development, Process Documentation, IT Security Administration, SQL Scripting
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skill
  • At least (3) three years’ experience on Software development specifically on platforms such as VB6 and VB.NET development language, web services and component development language, XML, Transact-SQL scripting, Integration .NET architecture and strong OOP skills

Specialized positions


  • • Responsible in the operation of all activities in the different units of the library.
  • • Orients and briefs all students and other patrons regarding all applicable library policies, including but not limited to the use of facilities, equipment, resources, and services.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science and Information Science or a related course
  • • With PRC License
  • • With at least three (3) years relevant work experience
  • • With Strong background in ISO 9001/ISO14001


  • • Responsible for administering guidance and counseling activities and services to students, in accordance with the aim of developing their potentials, enabling them to become well-rounded individuals towards the achievement of their optimum level of personal happiness and social usefulness.
  • • MA Psychology and/or MA in Guidance and Counseling; Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) with current PRC License
  • • At least one year (1) related working experience as Guidance Counselor


  • • Responsible for the effective establishment and development, implementation and maintenance of the quality and environmental management systems of the University
  • • Ensures that processes needed for the integrated management system are established, developed, implemented and maintained.
  • • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or other related fields.
  • • With at least two (2) years relevant working experience in a company/organization with ISO or its equivalent certification
  • • With Strong background in ISO 9001/ISO14001


  • • Responsible for the implementation of projects for Socio Civic Support and Delivery System. Recommends community activities and assesses its effectiveness.
  • • Responsible for matching community activities of Mapúa-NSTP classes for the community
  • • Must be a Registered Social Worker.
  • • With at least one (1) year relevant work experience, with emphasis in the use of IT tools for files management and office.
  • • With Strong background in ISO 9001/ISO14001

Office-Related positions


  • • Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating English proficiency programs for students, faculty and external clients.
  • • College degree, preferably in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts
  • • Exemplary on oral and written communication skills
  • • Preferably with relevant working experience in ISO certified company
  • • At least (2) two years related working experience


  • • Responsible for assisting the Office Director in the preparation of proposal for accessing international grants.
  • • Capable of drafting research proposals
  • • With Relevant MS degree
  • • Technical writing skill is an advantage
  • • Preferably with relevant working experience in ISO certified company
  • • At least (1) one year related working experience
