NON-TEACHING POSITIONS:

MARKETING LEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in maximizing commercial growth potential for Mapua University, Malayan Colleges of Laguna and Malayan Colleges of Mindanao that are covered by the Cintana Partnership.
  • Responsible in development and execution of the brand, sales, marketing and communications strategies for Business and Health Sciences school in order to deliver enrolment and revenue forecasts. The team s/he leads also will manage sales & admission activities for Business and Health Sciences schools. They are responsible for achieving the new enrolment target each year.
  • Responsible in building, plan, implement and manage a cohesive digital and non-digital inbound marketing strategy for Business and Health Sciences schools in Mapua University, MCL and MCM.
  • Manages and oversees different digital marketing channels including website, paid marketing, social media etc.
  • Responsible for all enrolment-related reporting to ensure visibility to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; certificates and trainings in digital marketing and digital transformation an advantage;
  • Strategic thinking (translating an organization’s short- and long-term goals into actionable marketing and enrolment activities);
  • With excellent communication skills;
  • At least: 10+ years’ experience in Marketing and Sales, agency experience a plus. Experience in education sector, a plus.


ENROLLMENT & ADMISSIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of enrolment and admissions campaigns (in both digital and traditional channels) for the Business and Health Sciences schools in order to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. S/He shall be working closely with the Sales and Marketing team of Cintana, as well as the Digital Marketing Officer to manage internal processes.
  • Strategizes and implements an enrolment and admissions strategy for Business and Health Sciences schools.
  • Works with key partners in Cintana Education and different stakeholders within the organization to monitor day-to-day processes to deliver targets.
  • Prepares campaign/enrolment reports as required, to enable the leadership team to make business decisions. Likewise, make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Experience in an educational institution is an advantage;
  • Advanced knowledge in use and management of CRM system;
  • Experience in Salesforce is a plus;
  • With excellent communication skills;

COMMERCIAL ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in the structure, and he/she should be able to collect and interpret data to help the Head of Admission and managers take actions or steps to improve their performance and meet goals.
  • Masters data collected by the company and generate sales reports that will help the upper ranked commercial team make decisions.
  • Prepares executive presentations (sales managers and directors).
  • Commercial KPI’s tracking (conversion rates, funnels, revenue).
  • In charge of analyzing data to prepare commercial planning.

  • Responsible for the responsible for the development and execution of performance marketing campaign for the Business and Health Sciences schools in order to deliver and convert leads.
  • Responsible to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. S/He shall be working closely with the Sales and Marketing team of Cintana, as well as the Enrolment and Admissions Officer to manage internal processes.
  • Strategizes and implements a cohesive digital marketing strategy for Business and Health Sciences schools.
  • Works with key partners in Cintana Education and different stakeholders within the organization to monitor day-to-day processes to deliver targets.
  • Oversees and maintain key digital assets related to Business and Health Sciences schools (website, social media, and other platforms to be agreed on) and work with internal and external partners, as needed.

Qualifications:

ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing documents required of student applicants, and administering required entrance exams as well as other pertinent student assessment and orientation tools, prior to being granted approval to enroll.

BUILDING EQUIPMENT/MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all electrical-mechanical activities for the entire campus building structures/facilities, and assists in the procurement of electrical-mechanical materials and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical Engineering & preferably PRC Board Passer;
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD;
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in electro-mechanical work and knowledgeable in electrical trouble shooting.


DIGITAL SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and delivering digital marketing efforts to support the expansion and growth of the University. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing to aid in brand building and awareness, leads generation, and enrollment growth.
  • Plans, develops, executes, and manages digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Develops engaging content for social media, highlighting the University, its programs, services, and achievements, to drive organic traffic to the University’s website and engagement on other digital properties.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or other related fields.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant work experience with emphasis on web/social media marketing, strategic marketing, e-commerce, search engine optimization, customer relations management, digital advertising. Work experience in a digital agency is a plus.


COPYWRITER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading all forms of communication intended for advertising, public relations, and web and social media posting.
  • Develops communications and marketing proposals in accordance with the grand market communications plan of the organization, considering common constraints such as budget limitations and varying stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

  • College degree, preferably in Communication Arts, Journalism, Business Communications or Marketing.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with emphasis on copyediting, proofreading developing publishing posting of marketing communications content.


CREATIVES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading in the designing of the University’s physical and digital creative requirements, upholding the Mapúa brand in both internal and external communications in support of the reputation-building and marketing efforts of the University.
  • Leads in the creation of concepts, themes, and storyboards for the University’s creative requirements such as marketing collaterals (View book, brochures, banners, and posters), merchandise, videos and presentations, social media visuals, newsletters, and other communication materials in accordance with the University’s brand identity guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferably in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or other related programs.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant work experience with emphasis on marketing, advertising, communications, and events.


ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation and analyses of monthly financial statements, analyses and reconciliation of General ledger accounts, and preparation of all the regulatory requirements of the subsidiaries. The accountant is also responsible for the payroll preparation for regular, probationary, casual and fixed-term status employees as well as the generation of appropriate payroll reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in BS Accountancy or any related course;
  • Willing to do fieldwork

MODELER FOR BIM PROJECT

Job Summary

The modeler must have past experience regarding a level 500 or 5D level of development for BIM projects. This role represents a skilled BIM software modeling experience having a solid understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • • Revit modeling for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and sanitary disciplines.
  • • Work under direction of design professionals
  • • Ensure construction documents’ accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling.
  • • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design-changes and model challenges.
  • • Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria.
  • • Follow Revit content standards and development procedures.
  • • May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific Revit modeling content for project.
  • • Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
  • • Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination meetings.
  • • Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.

This role provides a healthy medium for non-graduate professionals who are very skilled with understanding the technical aspects of Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines and/or junior graduate professionals who are gaining experience.


LIBRARIAN

    Responsibilities

  • • Responsible in the operation of all activities in the different units of the library
  • • Orients and briefs all students and other patrons regarding all applicable library policies, including but not limited to the use of facilities, equipment, resources, and services.
  • • Checks patron registration every quarter, circulation of material/s, book reserves/requests, and processing of overdue notices and bills.
  • • Administers periodic users’ satisfaction survey within the Section and submits analysis of the same to the chief Librarian.
  • • Reviews, reconciles, and submits statistical reports on the utilization of the different library facilities, resources, and services.
  • • Checks and maintains the collection, organization of all materials assigned in the Section.

    Qualifications:

FUND ACCOUNTANT

    Responsibilities

  • • Responsible for handling records of funds utilization;
  • • Responsible for the preparation and analyses of monthly financial statements; analyses and reconciliation of General ledger accounts, and preparation of all the regulatory requirements related to all the research projects funded by the government;
  • • Handles supply logistics and inventories;
  • • Handles security details of all field work activities.
