Requirements

• Original Transcript of Records
  • No Failing Grades
  • Weighted Average must be at least 2.00 or its equivalent excluding Religion, PE and ROTC
• Course Description
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Two (1 ½ x 1 ½ ) pictures, black and white
• Application Letter addressed to Mapúa President
• Two (2) recommendation letters from previous school
• Admission Fee - P400.00

The above-mentioned requirements must be submitted to the Admissions Section of the Office of the Registrar one (1) month before enrollment.
