We have receive close to 480 applications for both programmes and most applicants were of high caliber. We will be admitting about 130 full-time students this July and we are grateful to you for partnering us as the school grows.
We have commenced the student recruitment drive for the MPP and MPA 2008 programmes commencing July 2008, and sincerely hope that you will be able to assist us by nominating your officer or making known the opportunities to your officers for them to apply directly to the School. Attractive and generous scholarships are available for the MPP and MPA programmes on a competitive basis for your country.
The 2-year MPP programme provides a strong foundation in conceptual and analytical skills for future public service leaders and individuals with an interest in understanding and influencing how public policy choices are made. This programme is suited for young officer with 1 – 3 years of work experience. The 2-year MPA programme is for mid-career professionals with between 5 – 8 years of work experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors to enhance their effectiveness in managing and resolving complex multi-dimensional policy issues.
