BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (CE)
This program provides a balanced learning experience covering the five major areas of Civil Engineering specifically structural engineering, transportation engineering, water resources engineering, geotechnical engineering and construction engineering and management. Graduates of this program may engage in any of the following: planning, design, construction, management, and maintenance of the roads and bridges, railways, dams and other hydraulic systems and structure, water distribution and waste water disposal, buildings and foundation. This program provides required skills and competencies needed in the field of computer, communication, and information technology. It will also help develop an understanding of the underlying concepts and their applications. Graduates of this program may engage in computer hardware and software, and their interdependencies in the areas of digital systems, computer architecture, microprocessors, and computer programming using machine level and high level languages, data communications, computer networks, and operating systems. |
