Must score at least 80% in the entrance exam

Must pass the scholarship exam and panel interview

Maintaining running GPA of 1.75

Free tuition and miscellaneous fees

Stipend of PhP 5,000 per quarter

Maximum book allowance of PhP 3,000 per quarter

Don Tomas Mapúa Scholarship*

Valedictorian from a duly accredited HS in the Philippines with at least 20 graduating students

Free full tuition for two terms (no failing grade)

Salutatorian from a duly accredited HS in the Philippines with at least 20 graduating students

Free half tuition for two terms (no failing grade)

Full Academic Scholarship

Not less than 10 units academic load, a credit average of 1.0 to 1.5, and no grade lower than 3.0 (including PE & NSTP) during the previous term

Free full tuition for one term

May be continued if grades are maintained

Half Academic Scholarship

Not less than 10 units academic load, a credit average not lower than 1.75, and no grade lower than 3.0 (including PE & NSTP) during the previous term

Free half tuition for one term

May be continued if grades are maintained

Athlete representing Mapúa in the NCAA & other athletic meets

Income-Based Financial Assistance Program

(for applicants coming from public schools only)

Incoming freshman student

Combined annual family income of not more than PhP 500,000

Must obtain a score of not lower than 60% in the entrance examination

Maintaining GPA of 2.75 per term

No shifting to another program

No failing grades

40% discount on tuition

Work-to-Study Program

Currently enrolled student

Combined annual family income of not more than PhP 550,000

Academic Status is OK

Shall render work at assigned offices/departments

Work rendered to Mapúa shall cover miscellaneous expenses

Book Loan Program

Currently enrolled student

Shall render work at assigned offices/department

Work rendered to Mapúa shall cover quarterly loanable amount

Student Assistantship

Enrolled for a minimum of two terms

Shall render work for a maximum of 24 hours/week at assigned offices/departments

Must have a GPA of not lower than 3.00

Currently enrolled as 3rd, 4th or graduating student

Must not have any government scholarship grant

Must have a parent or relative as co-borrower who is a GSIS or SSS member

Interest-free Student Loan Program implemented by CHED through Mapúa where a student can borrow as much as PhP 8,000

PGMA - Higher Education Loan Program

Currently enrolled student

Combined income of parents of the loan borrower is not more than P300,000 per year

Has a qualified guarantor who is an employee of the Institute

Has a remaining ninety units or less to graduate in his/her program (for long-term loan only)
