    Admissions Office

    The Admissions Office shall be at the forefront of Mapúa’s quest to be an international center of excellence in integrated Engineering and Information Technology education, through a student enticement program designed not only to establish Mapúa as the Premier Technology School of Choice but more importantly to provide the prospective student populace with the avenue with which to pursue and secure the future that they deserve, enabling them to be productive and responsible citizens.


    Office of the Registrar

    The Office of the Registrar is the repository of student academic records, which are highly important and delicate documents. The office is responsible for cases involving student credentials, evaluation of courses or credits, student accounting, academic placement and eligibility for graduation.


    Center for Student Activities and Discipline

    The CSAD, formerly the Office of the Prefect for Students, promotes student empowerment by encouraging and supporting activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students/student organizations and breed a sense of social responsibility, spirited citizenship, leadership skills, creativity, and true self-expression among the studentry.


    Center for Guidance and Counseling

    The Center for Guidance and Counseling sees its fundamental task as the development of the total person for better adjustments to his environment and to society. Thus, it not only assists the school in crating a climate for intellectual development but also provides services which are conductive to the optimum development of an individual.

    The Guidance Program recognizes the individuality to its optimum growth within the context of human and environmental principles.


    Center for Student Advising

    Student Advising is envisioned to become an integral part of the undergraduate experience at Mapúa Institute of Technology. Faculty members, guidance counselors, and students will provide the advising support needed by all students of Mapúa. The nature of support ranges from academic to peer to personal.



    Center for Scholarships and Financial Assistance

    The Center for Scholarships and Financial Assistance (CSFA) ensures that scholarships, academic grants, financial aids and all services offered by the Center are made available to all deserving and needy MAPÚA students.



    Center for Career Services

    The Center for Career Services aims to prepare undergraduates, graduate students, and MAPÚA alumni in defining their career goals and learn how to achieve them through counseling sessions, workshops, alumni networks, on-line career resource library and information and placement services.
