OPENING FOR MODAIR MANILA CO. LTD. INC. (MMCLI) SCHOLARSHIP

QUALIFICATIONS

• An applicant must be a currently enrolled ME or EE student in Mapúa.
• An applicant must be of good moral character; must be enrolled with at least 10-12 units.
• An applicant must be in good academic standing: Grade Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 2.0 for the last two quarterms with no grade lower than 3.0 since first year.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed MMCLI Form (proceed to the CSFA office)
• Photocopy of the Final Grades Report for the last Two terms
• Photocopy of the Latest Income Tax Return of the Parents or Certificate of Tax Exemption from the BIR
• Certificate of Good Moral Character from OSA
• Certificate of Good Health
• A brief essay stating the reasons:

Complete all the requirements and apply at the Center for Scholarships and Financial Assistance- OVPSA, 2nd Flr., Admin. Bldg. on or before March 19, 2010.
